Task Proof Submission

Complete the 3 steps below, then fill in the form at the bottom.
Whole task takes about 10 minutes.

📱 iOS & Android 🆕 New users only 1 device = 1 account ⏱ ~10 min
1

Install the app

Tap the link below for your device — it opens the official store page. Download and install the app from there.

2

Register & connect a data source

Open the app and register a new account.

During setup, the app asks some profile questions (age, birthday, sex, blood type) — approximate values are fine. If it asks about chronic conditions, select Hypertension.

Then connect one health data source:
· iOS → Apple Health
· Android → Health Connect, Google Fit, or a wearable (Fitbit / Garmin / Whoop)

✅ After the import, open the "Me" tab — the health score on the top card should already show 50% or higher. If it is still below 50%, finish the remaining profile questions until it reaches 50%+.
3

Take your proof screenshot

Stay on the "Me" tab and take one clear screenshot. It must show all four of these in a single image:

① your name   ② your registered email   ③ the health score at 50%+   ④ the connected data source card (e.g. "1 source connected")

The screenshot must be unedited and taken on your own device. Crop it to the "Me" tab — do not include any other screens.
